Answers to frequently asked questions

Are you affiliated with the IRS or any state agency?+

No. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the IRS, any state revenue department, or any other government entity. The IRS and state agencies offer the underlying filings for free at their own websites. Our service is application preparation and delivery — we fill and review the forms, you submit them yourself.

Do you file on my behalf?+

For most services, no. We prepare and deliver the package; you submit it to the IRS or state agency on your own (typically by fax, mail, or a free online portal). This keeps you in control and keeps the underlying filing free. If you have questions about a specific service, contact us.

How long does preparation take?+

Most packages are delivered within two business days of receiving your complete intake. Some filings require additional review time depending on the state of formation and the documents involved.

What if my application is rejected?+

If a government agency returns the application for a correction, contact us and we will re-prepare and re-deliver at no additional fee within the scope of the original order.

How is my data stored?+

Sensitive fields (SSN, EIN, ITIN, DOB, bank account) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. The encryption key lives in a separate, access-controlled configuration file. Every access to a sensitive field is recorded in an internal audit log.

Can I get a refund?+

See our refund policy. We refund preparation fees when we have not yet started the work; once preparation has begun, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
