Because our work is a service that begins as soon as you place an order, the refund window is short. The following rules apply unless a different rule is required by your state of residence.
Before preparation begins
If you cancel before our team has started working on your order, we will refund the service fee in full.
After preparation has begun
Once preparation has begun, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the delivered package contains a material error caused by us, we will re-prepare the package at no additional cost, or refund the service fee at our discretion.
Government fees
The IRS and most state agencies do not charge a fee for the underlying filings. If a state does charge a fee, that fee is paid directly to the state and is not refundable by the operator.

Send your order number and a brief reason to our team via the contact page. We respond within one business day.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us — most issues are resolved faster by reply than by dispute. We document every order and refund request internally for compliance.
