Customer responsibilities

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are the preparation fee only. Government fees, when applicable, are paid directly to the agency. Payment terms (manual invoice, online processor, or a future billing provider) are disclosed on the checkout page before you place your order.

Limitation of liability

The operator’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
